Three steps, about the time it takes to read the ticket
01Paste your draft
The reply, email, or apology exactly as you wrote it. Mistakes and all.
02Pick the message and tone
Support reply, sales email, apology, or renewal. Then natural, friendlier, more formal, shorter, or more empathetic.
03Copy and send
Clear, natural English, usually in a few seconds, checked against your draft. Read it once, paste it into your helpdesk, and send.
Your reply
Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenient. Your order #4521 was delayed because a problem with the carrier. We already sent a new one today and you will receive until Friday.

Your agents know the product. Tactword takes care of the English.
Every reply reads as confident as the person who wrote it, and the rewrite is told to keep what you committed to instead of turning it into something else.
Facts kept as written, and checked
The rewrite is instructed to keep names, numbers, dates, prices, links, and promises as you wrote them. After every rewrite, Tactword compares both texts and lists each amount, percentage, number, date, time, reference, code, version, link, email address, and phone number it found, so you don't have to take that on trust.
Fixes what gives non-native writing away
Articles, verb agreement, prepositions, word order, and idioms translated literally from another language.
What the check looks at

Example values. Amounts, percentages, numbers, dates, times, reference numbers, codes, versions, links, email addresses, and phone numbers are pulled from your draft and looked for in the rewrite. Anything not found, or added, is flagged instead of hidden.
Team style notes
The team owner lists your product names, preferred sign-off, and words to avoid in one place. Every teammate's rewrites are instructed to follow them.
Seats that are easy to fill
Invite teammates with one join link. Everyone logs in with a one-time login link sent to their work email, so there are no passwords to manage.
See who's using it
The team owner sees how many rewrites each teammate made this month, adds or removes seats, and manages billing.
Clear American English
Every reply comes out in natural American English, whether your customers are in the US, Canada, the UK, or Europe.
Usually a few seconds per reply
Fast enough to use on every ticket, not only the difficult ones.
One plan, every feature
No tiers to compare. Every seat gets everything on the page.
Written for the people who answer customers all day
Each role gets its own page with a before-and-after example from that job. The figures below are illustrations, not customers.
Check a reply from wherever you are
It's a web page, not an app to install. Open it in the browser on your phone, paste the reply, and copy the native version straight into your helpdesk.

No. Your text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce the rewrite. We don't save it, and we don't use it to train AI models.
It's instructed to keep every fact, number, date, price, link, and commitment exactly as you wrote them, and to never add new promises. It's still your message, so give it a quick read before you send it.
After each rewrite, Tactword reads your draft and the result side by side and looks for the values a customer would hold you to: amounts, percentages, numbers, dates and deadlines, times, reference numbers (orders, cases, invoices), codes, version numbers, links, email addresses, and phone numbers. Each one is listed and marked as kept or not found, and any value that appears in the rewrite but not in your draft is flagged too. It doesn't judge meaning or tone, so it's a second pair of eyes on the numbers, not a replacement for reading the reply.
You pick how many seats you need at checkout ($19 per seat per month, or $190 per seat per year). The team owner uses one of them. After paying, you get a join link for your team. Each teammate opens it, enters their work email, and takes a seat by opening the confirmation link we email them. While the subscription is active, the team owner can add or remove seats from the team page; to go below the number of people on the team, remove teammates first.
They open tactword.com/login on that device and enter their work email. We email them a one-time login link that works for 15 minutes. There are no passwords.
Yes. The team owner opens Manage billing on the team page, which leads to Paddle, our payment provider, where they can cancel, update the card, or download invoices. Your team keeps access until the end of the period you paid for.
Not yet. Today Tactword is a web page: paste your draft, copy the result, and send it from wherever you work.
